World Elite Travel Benefits

• Virtuoso Concierge has created a suite of travel benefits specifically created for the elite affluent segment. You also have a personal Virtuoso travel advisor.

Air Upgrade Program

• Provides cardholders traveling internationally on select airlines to select destinations around the world the benefit of upgrading from a fullfare, non-restricted Economy Class ticket to Business Class when the cardholder books through Virtuoso using their World Elite MasterCard.

• Airlines include: Alitalia, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa German Airlines and Scandinavian Airlines.

Complimentary Companion Ticket

• Allows a complimentary companion ticket for international travel, on the same dates and itinerary from select U.S. cities when the cardholder purchases a qualifying non-restricted full-fare international Business or First Class ticket (on Air Tahiti Nui or Jet Airways only) on select airlines to select overseas destinations around the world using their World Elite card and books through Virtuoso. No blackout dates and offer is based on space availability at time of booking. Participating airlines include: Air Tahiti Nui, bmi, Iberia, Icelandair, Jet Airways, Mexicana and US Airways.

• Preferred Access on over 30 airlines, including special rates and offers negotiated by Virtuoso.

Cruise Program

• Cardholders will receive access to special VIP services and events on select Virtuoso Voyager Club® sailings. Cruise lines include Crystal Cruises, Holland America Line, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Seabourn Cruise Line and Silversea Cruises. World Elite cardholders can enjoy a $100 per person shipboard credit plus these exclusive extras on featured sailings: a complimentary shore event, private onboard welcome reception and the dedicated services of an onboard host -or- in place of the shipboard credit and Virtuoso Voyager Club shore event, cardholders may receive up to $250 per person credit toward a tailored travel experience with their cruise vacation, created personally for them by their Virtuoso travel advisor. Cruise must be purchased in full with a valid World Elite MasterCard and booked through a Virtuoso travel advisor.

• Preferred rates and availability, when reservations are made through Virtuoso, at over 700 of the finest hotels around the world including complimentary daily breakfast, room upgrades (if available) and VIP status.

• World Elite cardholders can access the world’s finest tour companies and in-country experts who can assist in crafting exclusive and extraordinary experiences through Virtuoso when payment is made in full with a valid World Elite MasterCard. World Elite cardholders save $250 per person on select experiences.

Rental Car Program

• Book through Virtuoso to recieve special offers and benefits such as free upgrades and free days from select rental car companies.

Private Jet Services

• Book through Virtuoso and get special access and free consulting for domestic and international private jet charters.

Travel Assistance Services

• MasterAssist Travel Assistance Services offers 24/7 emergency assistance and referral services to cardholders who are traveling at least 50 or more miles from home. Cardholders can access the MasterAssist services with a simple, toll-free phone call to MasterCard. Cardholders will be responsible for any fees incurred for professional or emergency services.

Master Trip Assistance

• MasterTrip® Travel Assistance provides pre-trip destination information — including information on weather conditions, documentation (visas, passports), immunizations, and currency exchange rates. Will help

  cardholders locate any lost or stolen travel materials, including luggage.

• Travel Services Medical Assistance provides a global referral network of physicians, dentists, hospitals, and pharmacies. If the cardholder is hospitalized, MasterAssist will arrange to have messages relayed home, to have the cardholder transferred to another facility, or to have a family member or friend brought to the cardholder’s bedside.

Master Legal Referral Service

• MasterLegal® Referral Service provides referrals to attorneys, or consultations with local embassies or consulates. MasterAssist will arrange for the transfer of up to $5,000 in cash from a family member, friend, or business associate to cover legal fees or travel emergencies.
